Q | What time is check-in and what time is check-out? Can we request an early check-in or late check-out?

A | Check-in time is at 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request at no additional fee, based on availability.

Q | How do I store my baggage prior to checking in or after checking out?

A | For your convenience, if your room is not ready upon arrival we will store your bags in our facility and issue a checked bag ticket. If you need to store luggage after checking out, we can hold it for the entire day/evening of your departure date.

Q | Do you provide shuttle service to and from the Airport to the hotel?

A | Yes, we provide complimentary transportation to and from the Greenville–Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) and offer the same free shuttle service to local restaurants and attractions within a 1-mile radius of our hotel.

Q | What is your smoking policy?

A | Our hotel is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking in a designated non-smoking area is subject to fine.

Q | Is parking available at your hotel?

A | Yes, we offer free onsite parking for cars, trucks, busses, and RVs. We also offer free Tesla car charging stations for our hotel guests.

Q | Is your hotel pet-friendly? What is your hotel’s pet policy?

A | Wyndham Garden Greenville Airport is a pet-friendly hotel. We welcome up to two pets per room for a nominal fee of $25 per pet/per night, with a 25lb weight limit per pet. We ask that pets are not left unattended at the hotel and that they be removed from the room in order to receive daily housekeeping services. Pets must be leashed or in a carrier at all times while outside of your room. Please call reservations at (864) 288-3500 to let us know that you will be bringing your pet, and a pet-friendly room will be assigned to you.
